Packaging and Shipping

All prints are packaged so they arrive in perfect condition.

During packaging, each print is carefully covered with soft tissue paper for protection from dust and scratches, rolled and placed inside a medium or large diameter cardboard postal tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A copy of your receipt and a Certificate of Authenticity is also placed inside the tube.

For UK destinations, packages are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees their delivery by 1300hrs the following day.  The delivery status of the package may be monitored via the Royal Mail website. A signature is required on delivery.

If the delivery destination is outside the UK please contact us for a custom shipping price.

Please inform us as quickly as possible if your order is lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
