A Winter Day, Hamnoy, Lofoten
ID: PRINT-026
Whilst photographing at the small hamlet of Hamnoy snow hung to the distant mountains as wintry showers passed-through. The scene was almost monochromatic, the exception being the red buildings and boats. The weather, huge snowy mountains and small, simple man-made structures gave a very imposing feel. This Black and White rendition I feel helps convey the imposing moody feel of the time.
